We monitor and track your shipments as well as provide you with pick-up and delivery information. Our trained staff acts as your outside transportation department, and our goal is to provide the shipment information you need to stay in the loop.

At times, air freight shipments are delayed due to weather, high-travel seasons or for other reasons. Indeed, our proprietary cold chain preservation system (Thermo Defense®) and Insulation Products maintain the shelf life of your perishable goods, but sometimes the airline delays last too long. Should your goods be spoiled or damaged in these situations, we commence claims with the airlines to seek recovery of your damages for free!
